Job summary

Interior Logic Group is seeking an Operations Project Manager to support sales, operations, and production, optimizing business systems and ensuring accurate job costing. This role leads technology and process-improvement initiatives and serves as a subject matter expert on workflows.

Responsibilities include contract reviews, schedule management, on-site coordination, labor rate offers, and overseeing revisions such as Change Orders and RFIs. Collaboration with AE and site teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management for construction/installation projects.
• Ability to review contracts, SOWs, and align bids with execution.
• Coordinate with AE, PMs, site personnel, and subcontractors to manage project flow.

Responsibilities

• Review contract scope, values, and alignment with bid.
• Monitor schedules, procurement, and labor needs.
• Prepare labor offers and manage change orders/RFIs.
• Coordinate on-site activities with GC personnel and project teams.
• Forecast monthly numbers and manage internal SOV/billings.
