Qualifications

• Strong communication with AE, PC, and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Review contract scope and line items against bid.
• Coordinate with AE and MF Operations Manager on labor and schedules.
• Monitor plans, diagrams, RFIs, and addendums for accuracy.
• Prepare labor offers and track changes in SAP.
• Attend weekly job-site meetings and manage on-site coordination.
• Forecast monthly numbers and manage SOV and billing.
