Job summary

Interior Logic Group is seeking an Operations Project Manager to support sales, operations, and production teams for Meridian, ID and Portland, OR projects. The role focuses on optimizing workflows, improving process efficiency, and ensuring accurate job costing across the organization.

The candidate will serve as a subject matter expert on system workflows, provide training, and lead technology and process-improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating complex construction projects.
• Ability to forecast labor, materials, and costs.
• Strong communication with AEs, PMs, and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts, scope, and dollar values with Account Executive.
• Coordinate with project coordinators on billing and SOV alignment.
• Manage submittals, plans, drawings, and RFI/ASIs.
• Track change orders and ensure approval workflow.
• Support on-site coordination with general contractors and field staff.
