Job summary

Milwaukee Tool seeks an Operations Project Leader for Byhalia, MS, driving cross-functional engineering projects tied to NPD launches and manufacturing support. You will coordinate internal and external teams to ensure timely, within-budget project execution.

Responsibilities include leading complex initiatives, analyzing data to guide decisions, and communicating milestones to stakeholders. Travel will be required as projects evolve.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years' engineering project experience.
• Experience managing small to moderate projects.
• Ability to perform detailed analyses and seek needed expertise.
• CAD skills: basic 2D.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Travel required as projects demand.

Responsibilities

• Lead moderate to highly complex operations projects for NPD, process improvement, future strategies, and manufacturing support.
• Use data-driven decisions to influence key stakeholders.
• Provide direction and engineering guidance to team members.
• Work cross-functionally and globally with Quality & Reliability, Engineering, Sourcing, Finance, Supply and Demand, Marketing.
• Track milestones and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Ensure successful transitions from project team to operations management.
• Review work of manufacturing engineers and project teams.
• Perform data analysis to inform decisions and reports.
