Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical/Automation Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years experience in manufacturing operations or technical project management.
• Demonstrated project execution experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams from initiation to go-live.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with MS Office and project planning tools.
• Ability to adjust communication style to audience and coordinate multi-project programs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Management, Design and Manufacturing Eng to define project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and resources.
• Develop and follow a Project Management Plan with milestones and risk management.
• Meticulous planning with rigorous tracking to meet milestone dates.
• Ensure projects are delivered on budget, cost, schedule and quality.
• Report progress to stakeholders and maintain transparent communication.
• Lead multiple projects from concept through deployment.
