The role emphasizes documenting processes, maintaining an accessible knowledgebase, and supporting rollout of standardized practices across the organization, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in knowledge management or process improvement in a support role (Required).
• 2-3+ years in the waste or transportation industry.
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Document existing operational processes in line with the strategic plan.
• Break down complex processes into simple components for SOPs.
• Develop training content and evaluate instructional design output for quality.
