Job summary

Republic Services seeks an Analyst, Operations Support to document and streamline processes that support enterprise operations and training content across the organization.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts to break down problems, create standard operating procedures, and maintain an up-to-date knowledge base, with travel as needed and hybrid work from the Phoenix headquarters.

Qualifications

• 3 years working experience as an Analyst or in Operations.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to design content in Word/PowerPoint/Excel/Visio.

Responsibilities

• Document existing operational processes aligned with strategic plan.
• Break down complex processes into clear components to develop SOPs.
• Develop training content with instructional designers and evaluate output.
• Maintain and update the Operations knowledgebase with accurate content.
• Support implementation of standardized processes and monitor progress.
