Qualifications

• 4-7 years of relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with waste and recycling regulations and practices.
• Strong data analysis and reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedules, invoices, and driver routes.
• Coordinate waste pickups and equipment deliveries.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Identify and fix operational issues and delays.
• Monitor and report KPIs and waste data.
• Troubleshoot office systems and software problems.
