Qualifications

• 1+ years of scheduling experience.
• 1 year of operational experience related to site activity.
• Understanding of workflow processing.

Responsibilities

• Develop operations staff schedules based on the staffing plan.
• Identify staffing needs including base, seasonal, and overtime.
• Conduct employee schedule preference bids.
• Create computer-based staffing models.
• Communicate deviations to staff plan.
• Manage timecard reconciliation and scheduling.
