Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in economics, finance, accounting, or public administration and 1+ year relevant experience.
• Alternatively, bachelor’s degree with 2 years related experience in budgeting, accounting, or financial administration.
• Associate degree plus 4 years of related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience with a high school diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational and administrative processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support the SVP and Operations Planning units with daily operations.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and analytical summaries for management.
• Review operational data and identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Develop and maintain procedures, tracking systems, and performance-monitoring tools.
• Oversee office logistics including petty cash, equipment, and facility maintenance.
