Qualifications

Master’s degree in economics, finance, accounting, business or public administration plus one year relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree with two years of related experience in budgeting/finance or public administration.
Associate degree with four years of related experience in budget/HR or fiscal management.
Four-year high school diploma and seven years of related experience; substitution rules apply.

Responsibilities

Gather, organize, and analyze monthly labor and non-labor expenditure data for senior management.
Forecast, variance analysis, and identify discrepancies and trends.
Assist with OMB exercises, chargebacks, cost allocations, and budget reconciliation.
Liaise with OMB and other departments to resolve budget issues and support fiscal exercises.
Support HR processes, recruitment workflows, and reporting across multiple managers.
