Abco Maintenance Inc. is seeking an Operations Performance Manager for a remote role in Michigan. The position involves leading teams, managing schedules, and driving performance through data and KPIs.

The role supports a dynamic operation with flexible hours, requiring strong communication and organizational skills. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of people leadership, a proven ability to act on insights, and experience in fast-paced environments.

• Own employee reviews.
• Build and manage schedules.
• Review reports and identify performance gaps.
• Hold Team Leaders accountable for results.
• Drive corrective action when targets are missed.
• Ensure work is progressing on time.
• Improve structure, consistency and accountability.
• Manage through Team Leaders - not by working individual accounts.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong people-leadership experience, 5+ years experience.
• Comfortable managing through data and KPIs.
• Organized, decisive and accountable.
• Able to quickly learn a complex operation.
• Willing to address performance issues directly.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced operation that does not always fit a traditional 9-5 schedule.

Facilities experience is not required, but is a plus.
