Job summary

ABCO Facility Maintenance is seeking an Operations Performance Manager to lead multiple operational teams in a remote role. The position offers 30-40 hours per week at $28/hr, with emphasis on performance management and timely execution.

The ideal candidate will have strong people leadership, be data-driven, and capable of addressing performance issues in a fast-paced environment while coordinating through Team Leaders rather than individual accounts.

Requirements

• Experience in continued administrative functions (3+ years)
• Good track record of employment
• Ability to think on your feet, assess situations, and act with a sense of urgency
• Excellent communication skills
• Good phone personality
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details
• Extremely computer savvy (excel/internet searches/outlook/quick data entry/scheduling)
• Flexible hours
• Construction/Maintenance environment experienced preferred, but not required.
• Must meet all pre-employment requirements
