Job summary

Abco Maintenance Inc. is seeking an Operations Performance Manager to oversee administrative functions in a remote role. The position offers 30-40 hours per week at $28 per hour and requires strong leadership to drive performance across the team.

The ideal candidate will manage schedules, review reports, and drive improvements. Prior experience coordinating through Team Leaders and a fast-paced maintenance environment is valued.
