Job summary

Abco Maintenance Inc seeks an Operations Performance Manager to oversee performance across remote teams. The role is 30-40 hours/week at $28/hour. You will lead teams, review KPIs, and drive timely action to meet targets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of people leadership, a data-driven approach, excellent communication, and the ability to learn a complex operation quickly. Flexible hours are expected in a fast-paced setting.

• Experience in continued administrative functions (3+ years).
• Good track record of employment.
• Ability to think on your feet, assess situations, and act with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good phone personality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Extremely computer savvy (Excel/Internet searches/Outlook/quick data entry/scheduling).
• Flexible hours.
• Construction/Maintenance environment experience preferred, but not required.
• Must meet all pre-employment requirements.

Facilities experience is not required, but is a plus.
