Job summary

Abco Maintenance Inc. is seeking an Operations Performance Manager to lead performance across assigned operational teams. The role is Remote with 30-40 hours per week and pays about $28 per hour.

The candidate will own employee reviews, build schedules, review reports for gaps, and drive corrective actions while ensuring progress and accountability through Team Leaders.

• Comfortable managing through data and KPIs.

• Able to quickly learn a complex operation.
• Willing to address performance issues directly.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced operation that does not always fit a traditional 9-5 schedule.

Facilities experience is not required, but is a plus.

• Flexible hours
• Construction/Maintenance environment experienced preferred, but not required.
