Job summary

The Nearview Group in Oklahoma City is seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to oversee core business functions and support the growth of a well-established Oklahoma company. This role works directly with the President to manage operations, human resources, accounting administration, and recruiting efforts.

Responsibilities include improving processes, leading strategic initiatives, tracking KPIs, vendor management, payroll coordination, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing operations, HR, accounting, and recruiting.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Financial acumen with budgeting and reporting experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations and improve processes and efficiencies.
• Support leadership with strategic initiatives and business planning.
• Manage HR functions including onboarding, employee relations, benefits coordination, and compliance.
• Oversee accounting administration including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll coordination, and reporting.
• Lead recruiting efforts for office, field, and leadership positions.
• Track key performance metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Assist with vendor management, administrative functions, and special projects.
