Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions in Oklahoma City is seeking a results-driven Controller to oversee core accounting operations, ensure financial accuracy, and provide strategic leadership for growth. The role includes accounting staff management, advisory on efficiency and potential acquisitions, and overseeing finances for company properties and invested assets.

The candidate will lead audits, refine processes, and ensure compliance with tax regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with financial reporting, budgeting, and GL management.
• CPA or CMA designation is a strong plus.
• Cognitive and behavioral assessment required as part of screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general ledger, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and monthly financial packages.
• Prepare and present financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to leadership; identify trends and insights.
• Establish and refine internal controls to protect assets and ensure reporting integrity.
• Lead and mentor accounting staff, supporting professional growth and accuracy.
• Manage lease reviews, rent collections, and invested assets for company properties.
