Job summary

The Nearview Group, a well-established construction services organization with projects across multiple states, seeks an executive finance leader to drive strategic financial direction and performance.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow while strengthening internal controls, risk management, and reporting. You will partner with operations to enhance project profitability and guide growth initiatives, including acquisitions and capital planning.

Qualifications

• Executive finance leadership experience in construction or project-based industries.
• Experience with job costing, project accounting, and multi-entity financial management.
• Ability to support growth while maintaining financial discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company's overall financial strategy and planning.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Drive financial reporting, KPI development, and performance analysis.
• Manage banking, lending, bonding, and insurance relationships.
• Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and risk management processes.
• Partner with operations leaders to improve project profitability and job costing.
• Support growth initiatives, acquisitions, and strategic business decisions.
• Lead and develop the accounting and finance team.
