Brighter Day Inc. is seeking a Business Manager to support operational and administrative activities across Oklahoma service areas, ensuring compliance, consistency, and high-quality service.

The role partners with the Oklahoma Regional Director, Area Directors, and Home Office to provide leadership and serve as a liaison. Key duties include payroll coordination, staffing analytics, financial reporting, and EMR system oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of business or operational leadership experience.
• 2–5 years in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities field preferred.
• Experience leading, training, mentoring, and supervising teams.
• Ability to build relationships with executive leadership and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide accounting, administrative, and organizational support to the Home Office.
• Support the Oklahoma Regional Director and Area Directors with daily operations.
• Coordinate bi-weekly payroll submissions and staffing reports.
• Review regional financial reports and assist with budgets.
• Oversee client finance activities and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate opening of new Oklahoma service sites.
• Monitor billing issues and ensure data accuracy.
