Job summary

Restaurant Brands International Inc. seeks an Operations Partner for Burger King in the US Northeast to drive franchise performance and uphold brand standards. You will advise franchisees, review operations, and lead improvement initiatives across multiple levels of the organization.

You will collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Development, and Technology teams, coach restaurant teams, and support expansion efforts while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 5+ years of operations experience in multi-unit settings (QSR, retail, or similar).
• Strong business and financial acumen with ability to analyze metrics.
• Root-cause problem-solving能力 and results-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with franchisees and stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office; willing to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Partner with franchisees to assess and improve operational performance.
• Conduct comprehensive business reviews covering operations, sales, and profitability.
• Analyze metrics and financial reports to develop improvement strategies.
• Ensure brand standards, food safety, cleanliness, and maintenance across locations.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Operations, Marketing, Development, and Tech.
• Coach and train restaurant teams; onboard new franchisees and support expansion.
