Burger King in the US South region is seeking an Operations Partner who will drive franchise performance and operational excellence across multiple units. You will act as the primary business consultant, partnering with franchisees and leadership teams to optimize profitability, guest experience, and brand standards.

The role requires 5+ years in multi-unit operations, strong financial acumen, leadership, and travel flexibility to support sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, preferably multi-unit management in QSR, retail, or similar.
• Strong business and financial acumen with ability to analyze and improve metrics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data analytics tools.

Responsabilités

• Franchise Performance & Business Consulting: assess and improve operational performance and profitability across franchisees.
• Conduct comprehensive business reviews covering operations, sales, profitability, financial health, and development obligations.
• Analyze metrics and reports to create actionable improvement plans for guest satisfaction, speed of service, and efficiency.
• Ensure franchisee adherence to brand standards, food safety, cleanliness, and maintenance; drive corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support initiatives, product launches, and process improvements.
• Provide coaching and targeted training to restaurant teams, and assist with onboarding new franchisees.
