Job summary

Restaurant Brands International Inc. seeks an Operations Partner to drive operational excellence across franchise organizations in a designated market.

You will serve as the primary business consultant and operations expert for franchisees, helping optimize profitability, speed of service, and guest satisfaction while upholding brand standards. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will analyze KPIs, lead reviews, onboard new franchisees, and execute system-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
• 5+ years of operations experience in multi-unit environments.
• Strong financial acumen and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with franchisees to assess and improve operational performance.
• Conduct business reviews on operations, sales, profitability and development obligations.
• Analyze metrics to develop strategies for guest satisfaction and efficiency.
• Ensure brand standards, food safety, cleanliness and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support initiatives, product launches and training.
• Onboard new franchisees and assist with expansion site readiness.
