Restaurant Brands International Inc. is seeking an Operations Partner for Burger King, US South, to drive franchise performance and operational excellence across a designated market.

You will partner with franchise leadership to optimize guest experience, training, and brand standards, delivering strategic support and performance reviews. The role requires 5+ years in operations with multi-unit exposure, strong financial acumen, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, preferably in multi-unit management within QSR, retail, or similar industry.
• Strong business and financial acumen with ability to analyze and improve metrics.
• Root-cause problem-solving methodologies applicable in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with franchisees and internal stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Franchise Performance & Business Consulting with franchisees to assess and improve operational performance.
• Conduct comprehensive business reviews for franchisees covering operations, sales, profitability, financial health, and development obligations.
• Analyze operational metrics and financial reports to develop actionable improvement strategies.
• Ensure franchisee adherence to brand standards including food safety and cleanliness.
• Implement and oversee corrective action plans for franchisees.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support franchisees implementing new initiatives and product launches.
• Provide coaching and targeted training to restaurant teams, focusing on leadership and operational skills.
• Onboard new franchisees and assist with expansion site preparation.
