Restaurant Brands International (RBI) seeks an Operations Partner for Burger King, US South, to drive franchise performance, uphold brand standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize profitability and guest experience across the region.

The role requires strong financial acumen, root-cause analysis, and excellent communication. Travel within the region and flexible scheduling are expected to support initiatives and training across multiple locations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, preferably multi-unit management in QSR, Retail, or similar industry.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with franchisees to assess and improve operational performance, and develop short- and long-term plans for profitability and efficiency.
• Conduct business reviews covering operations, sales, profitability, financial health, and development obligations.
• Analyze operational metrics and financial reports to design actionable improvement strategies for guest satisfaction, speed of service, and efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards including food safety, cleanliness, and maintenance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support initiatives, provide coaching and training to restaurant teams, and assist with expansion site preparation.
