Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
• 5+ years of operations experience, preferably in multi-unit management within QSR, retail, or similar.
• Strong business and financial acumen with ability to analyze, interpret and improve metrics.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with data analytics tools.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region and accommodate flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Partner with franchisees to assess and improve operational performance.
• Conduct business reviews focusing on operations, sales, profitability and growth obligations.
• Analyze operational metrics and financial reports to develop improvement strategies.
• Ensure brand standards including food safety, cleanliness, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support initiatives and launches.
