Job summary

You will act as a primary consultant, collaborating with franchise leadership to optimize performance, guest experience, and brand compliance. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in operations, strong financial acumen, and travel within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required.
• 5+ years of operations experience in multi-unit settings (QSR, retail, or similar).
• Strong business and financial acumen with ability to analyze and improve metrics.
• Proven root-cause problem-solving and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication with franchisees and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with data analytics tools.
• Willingness to travel within the region and flexible schedule for operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with franchisees to assess and improve operational performance and profitability.
• Conduct business reviews covering operations, sales, profitability, and development obligations.
• Analyze metrics and financial data to develop actionable improvement plans.
• Ensure franchisee adherence to brand standards, food safety, cleanliness, and maintenance.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Operations, Marketing, Development, and Technology.
• Coach and train restaurant teams on leadership and ops skills.
• Onboard new franchisees and support expansion site readiness.
• Utilize data to track KPIs like SOS, OSAT, and ACR to drive decisions.
