POOLCORP’s Management in Training - Operations (MIT) Program is an entry-level, hands-on track based in our distribution warehouse, offering 6 months of guidance to learn pool supply, irrigation and landscape distribution. Graduates can pursue Operations Supervisor or Manager roles nationwide.

Training is on-site at SCP Distributors, 13023 SE Jennifer St., Clackamas, OR 97015; relocation assistance is provided after completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate’s in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain Management, Management, Operations or related with 2.5 GPA.
• Leadership or problem-solving experience; internships/clubs acceptable.
• Willing to relocate during/after program; company-paid relocation.
• Proficient with MS Office; ability to learn inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive hands-on training across Operations, Management and Purchasing in the distribution center.
• Observe experienced staff to learn methods, procedures and performance standards.
• Participate in classroom training at the EDGEucation Center in Plano, Texas.
• Deliver a comprehensive presentation to senior management at program conclusion.
