Job summary

POOLCORP is launching the Management in Training - Operations (MIT) program in multiple Florida locations, a 6-month, hands-on training track in our distribution warehouse. Graduates may pursue Operations Supervisor or Manager roles nationwide after completion.

Training is held on-site with guidance, and relocation assistance is provided if needed. This entry-level program offers exposure to operations, purchasing and leadership within a Fortune 1000 distributor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain Management, Management, Operations or related discipline with a minimum 2.5 GPA.

Responsibilities

• Receive hands-on training across Operations, Management, and Purchasing in the distribution center.
• Observe and learn methods, procedures, and performance standards from experienced staff.
• Shadow contractors, service/maintenance, and retail customers to understand the pool supply, irrigation and landscaping business.
