Job summary

PDS Health is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee to learn to independently run a financially viable dental office, supported by a supervisor and the OM Development Program. Upon completion, the trainee is expected to manage a dental office with leadership and operational expertise.

The role emphasizes driving revenue growth, controlling expenses, and delivering the Perfect Patient Experience while developing staff and maintaining company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of related work experience in operational management.
• Driver's license and automobile insurance (or alternate transportation) with reliable travel.
• Travel to multiple offices daily as required.

Responsibilities

• Model company culture and values; learn and apply best operational practices.
• Assess, hire and retain right-fit team members; supervise coaching.
• Resolve staff and patient issues with timely, effective solutions.
• Execute the PDS Operational Model with Owner Dentist partnership.
• Drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth.
• Manage expenses to meet monthly goals and budgets.
• Show proficiency in cash management and accounting protocols.
• Develop and implement an office success plan for staff and operations.
• Report weekly to Regional Manager with progress and goals.
