Job summary

ATI is seeking a Manager, Operations at its Forged Products facility in Cudahy, WI. You will lead Physical Test, Product Certification, and onsite Shipping to ensure forged products are customer-ready.

You will guide teams through testing, certification, and release processes, align priorities with production needs, and drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and delivery performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of manufacturing experience, with a focus on supply chain, operations or engineering.
• Experience managing salary and hourly union staff.
• Proven leadership and people-development capabilities.
• Strong ability to drive safety, quality, productivity and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety-first operations for destructive and physical testing, certification, and release activities.
• Coordinate testing priorities with production and shipping to meet customer commitments.
