Job summary

Assistance Technique Internationale (ATI) seeks a senior operations leader for the Cudahy, Wisconsin site within the Forged Products business unit. The role focuses on ensuring safe, efficient destruction testing and on-site certification activities, plus overseeing the shipping department.

Qualifications

10+ years of manufacturing experience with a focus on supply chain, operations or engineering roles.
High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

Provide and maintain a safe work environment through continuous improvement and leadership.
Plan and coordinate resources to exceed the needs of physical test operations.
Deliver improvements in quality, productivity, cost, lead time and equipment reliability.
Manage day-to-day activities of salary and hourly teams to meet operational needs.
Execute continuous improvement activities with the team.
Lead organizational change effectively with clear vision and momentum.
