Job summary

ATI is seeking an Operations Leader – Process Control in Cudahy, WI. This role oversees production crews in forging metal components, ensuring proper techniques, sequencing, and safe operations across the forging facility.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supervisory manufacturing experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement with ERP and furnace operations. High school diploma required; associate's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three years of supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Associate's degree preferred; ERP experience and furnace experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Preplan jobs and coordinate Forge Shop scheduling with multiple departments.
• Determine manpower requirements and communicate crew changes and downtime.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Engineering to diagnose malfunctions and expedite repairs.
• Provide information on process deviations and support corrective actions.
• Promote employee involvement and continuous improvement.
