Job summary

ATI is seeking an Operations Leader – Process Control at our Cudahy, WI forging facility to oversee production crews, optimize process control, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Lead planning, coordinate equipment and manpower, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with maintenance and engineering to minimize downtime. This hands-on leadership role requires strong teamwork and a commitment to ethical operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred Associate’s Degree.
• Two+ years ERP experience.
• Two+ years experience with industrial furnaces.

Responsibilities

• Preplan jobs and schedule Forge Shop with multiple departments to ensure stock, tooling, manpower, and equipment are available for production.
• Determine manpower requirements, scheduling, and communicate changes to operations for prompt starting of units.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Engineering to diagnose machine/malfunction and minimize downtime.
• Provide information on deviations, participate in corrective actions, and support tooling and process revisions to improve quality and reduce costs.
• Promote employee involvement in problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping compliance through ATI safety practices.
