Job summary

Terminix in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a leader to oversee technician recruiting, training, coaching, and accountability to maximize technician success and customer retention.

You will recruit and evaluate technicians, respond to customer concerns, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while managing branch scheduling and inventory. A strong focus on growth, retention, and quality is required.

• Review and evaluate technician performance via ride-alongs and audits.
• Respond promptly and compassionately to customer concerns.
• Ensure service quality to maximize customer retention.
• Fill in during staffing gaps by helping with customer appointments.
• Monitor scheduling to ensure efficient customer visits.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain inventory of pest/termite control products.
