Covius in Florida (Palm Harbor) seeks a results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily production, ensure SLA adherence, and serve as the main client contact. You will recruit, train, and manage staff while aligning cross-functional teams to client goals and operational excellence.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience, strong communication, and a background in title, mortgage, or financial services.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Associate degree with industry experience; Bachelor's preferred.
Experience in title, mortgage, or financial industry required.
Minimum 2 years' experience managing a team.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison for clients, managing daily production and resolving escalations.
Lead recruitment, training, and performance management to build a motivated and efficient team.
Mentor department leads to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Monitor SLA compliance and production metrics/KPI and address risks or issues.
Maintain knowledge of client production guidelines and ensure alignment across teams.
Collaborate with Human Resources to promote inclusive, ethical culture.
Partner with internal leaders and external stakeholders to align strategies.
