Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Translate client’s requirements/KPIs into workflow processes and train staff.
• Establish and update an operations plan to meet client requirements and KPIs.
• Build an effective service delivery team with clearly defined roles and expectations.
• Collaborate with field to meet client expectations and service requirements.
• Create daily tracking reports of service delivery and share results with the team.
