Job summary

The Mortgage Law Firm seeks an Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operational management of judicial foreclosure, litigation, deed-in-lieu, eviction, and related processes across multiple states. You will ensure timely inventory progression, monitor timelines, and partner with attorneys and staff to maintain quality and client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, law, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum five years in mortgage default servicing or related legal operations.
• Minimum three years of management or supervisory experience; multi-state operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee litigation, deed-in-lieu, eviction inventories and related operations.
• Identify gaps affecting timelines, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Monitor high-risk matters and escalate where needed with oversight.
• Collaborate with attorneys, staff, and departments to improve efficiency.
• Establish standard workflows, checklists, controls, and reporting where appropriate.
• Lead handoffs between departments to ensure smooth transitions.
