Job summary

ISN Corp. in Oklahoma City seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily residential loan servicing operations and lead supervisory teams to meet performance and compliance standards.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in loan servicing, strong knowledge of mortgage operations, and expertise with origination systems and LOS platforms to drive process improvements and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive supervisory experience in loan or mortgage servicing.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing and lending operations.
• Experience with loan origination and mortgage servicing systems.
• Knowledge of federal mortgage regulations, including TILA/RESPA and FACT Act requirements.
• Familiarity with LOS platforms and major mortgage origination systems.
• Understanding of government and GSE-backed loan products and investor guidelines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily residential loan servicing and related operational activities.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate operational personnel.
• Monitor operational performance, productivity, quality, and service levels.
• Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate across departments to resolve complex loan and servicing issues.
• Support compliance with applicable federal regulations and mortgage servicing requirements.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize mortgage servicing, loan origination, and related technology platforms.
• Provide operational reporting and recommendations to program leadership.
