Transdev is seeking an Operations Manager to act as the operations liaison with the client and Transdev teams in New Orleans. You will oversee the shift, drive improvement projects, and ensure safety and compliance across operations.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of leadership experience, plus strong analytical and communication skills. The role requires up to 20% travel and a full-time on-site schedule with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of operations leadership experience.
• Preferred degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Operations Supervisor to ensure shift efficiency.
• Lead special projects and programs per Senior Operations Manager.
• Represent SOM in client meetings when needed.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for dispatch operations and meetings.
• Support client operations leadership in daily dispatch management.
• Participate in Lean/Kaizen and other improvement initiatives.
• Interpret metrics and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to global process standards and continuous improvement.
• Oversee driver safety evaluations and performance pay programs.
• Coordinate, monitor, and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure daily processes like assignments and debriefs occur.
• Respond to outages, rerouting, accidents, and test results.
• Assist passengers as needed.
• Investigate unsafe situations and implement fixes.
• Develop program work plans with client staff.
• Maintain routine records and protect confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
