Job summary

Fujitec America, Inc. is seeking a qualified supervisor to oversee safety programs, scheduling, and execution of elevator installations and service projects. You will manage teams, budgets, and subcontractors while liaising with contractors, engineers, and architects.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to prioritize complex tasks. Local travel is expected, and the position is based in Norcross, GA.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years in the industry.
• Must have valid driver's license and satisfactory MVR.
• Forklift certification required.
• Local travel expected: 15%.

Responsibilities

• Administer company safety program and conduct safety audits.
• Plan and direct elevator installations, modernizations, service/repairs, and labor needs.
• Manage staff, schedules, and payroll approvals.
• Monitor vehicle usage and fleet needs.
• Review labor and material costs via bids and change orders.
• Maintain SOPs and interface with factory, coordination, and labor teams.
• Resolve complaints with customers and field agents as needed.
• Coordinate material orders and subcontracting portions of work.
• Manage budgets and permit processes.
• Provide weekly site visits to monitor safety and progress.
