PNC is seeking an Operations Manager based in Midland to lead daily operations and drive performance across multiple sites. The role requires strong leadership, risk management, and the ability to guide teams through complex processes.

Responsabilités

• Execute operating plan and communicate strategic direction to the operations team; manage multiple functions across sites and oversee supervisors.
• Manage business results, act as escalation point, resolve exceptions, and handle transactions per policies.
• Coach and develop team; lead staff meetings and translate strategy into operating plans.
• Advise service partners and customers; drive process improvements and SOP development.
• Review transactions and reports to detect exceptions, monitor quality and mitigate risk.
