The position requires prior bank production experience and leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree (preferred) and have a track record of mentoring teams, hiring decisions, and driving

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Minimum five (5) years in a bank production environment or three (3) years in a First Merchants bank production role.
• Experience managing a team of associates.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff, conduct interviews and hiring decisions; mentor staff; evaluate performance.
• Continuously review processes for improvement to boost department efficiency.
• Maintain procedures and controls to ensure regulatory compliance and SOX key controls.
• Identify, track, and report KPIs to monitor performance and drive improvements.
