Job summary

Metropolis Technologies is seeking an Operations Leader in Dallas to oversee a busy parking facility. You will hire, train, and supervise a diverse team, ensuring outstanding client service and efficient operations.

Responsibilities include maintaining cash controls, budgeting, vendor management, and safety compliance under OSHA requirements. You will drive profitability through smart spend, revenue development, and effective staff supervision while ensuring high standards of facility

Qualifications

• Ability to lead a diverse team and motivate staff.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
• Experience developing budgets and P&L reviews is a plus.
• Ability to react quickly and solve problems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a diverse team to meet duties and deliver top customer experience.
• Ensure proper parking, security, and cash control procedures are followed.
• Maximize profitability through revenue development, marketing, and expense management.
• Identify procurement and vendor service needs for the location.
• Perform general accounting duties such as accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash.
• Monitor facility maintenance and safety compliance including OSHA policies.
