Qualifications

• A four-year degree or applicable work experience with demonstrated success.

• Familiarity with transportation management systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations remotely managing performance, safety, and profitability.
• Supervise and develop fleet managers and support staff.
• Own the customer relationship and lead business discussions.
• Manage account-level budgets and monitor cost drivers.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Track operational and financial metrics to implement corrective actions.
