CRST The Transportation Solution, Inc. is seeking a Market Manager to oversee field operations outside customer sites or warehouses, ensuring safety, efficiency, and customer service excellence.

You will coordinate activities, manage relationships, and resolve escalations while aligning with CRST regulations. This hands-on leadership role requires strong problem-solving, communication, and organization skills, with regular coordination across dock operations and service assignments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Dependable leader who creates accountability and follows through.
• Positive, solutions-oriented mindset under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary client contact in the defined region, handling escalations and inquiries.
• Own accountability for cost and quality performance within the region.
• Lead field service assignments and coordinate operations.
• Be present at dock load outs and store load outs when possible.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
