Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze data to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
• Recruit and oversee drivers, ensuring DOT compliance and safety policies.
• Plan dispatch for high value base business and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Oversee warehouse staffing, training, and SOP adherence.
• Coordinate interstate operations with planners and ensure space utilization.
• Manage billing, program oversight, and payroll/invoices.
• Collaborate with HR on reviews, hiring, and terminations.
• Serve as escalation point for bookers, customer service, and management.
