The role oversees driver recruitment, planning, dispatch, payroll, and invoicing, ensuring safety and efficiency across the DC. The position offers a full-time schedule, onsite work, and an annual incentive plan with a target payout of 10% of base salary.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations and ensure efficient movement, storage, and handling of goods.
• Manage payroll, invoices, and HR interactions with the DC team.
• Recruit drivers and ensure DOT compliance and safety policies.
• Oversee planning/dispatch for high-value base business and use dispatch tools.
• Monitor inventory levels and labor to meet order fulfillment targets.
