The position will primarily operate from the office or warehouse, with responsibilities spanning staffing, safety, and vendor coordination to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse or distribution operations.
• Proven supervisory background with team leadership.
• Familiarity with Lean principles and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in meeting client service goals.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure objectives are met.
• Coordinate planning and scheduling of third‑party transportation services.
• Manage dispatching, routing, and transportation tracking activities.
• Foster open, positive team communication and service provider relationships.
• Represent the site and maintain client and vendor relationships.
