Job summary

Riverstone Logistics is hiring an Operations Manager to support the General Manager at a client-based operation. The role focuses on maximizing labor efficiency while reducing overhead and improving processes in office and warehouse settings.

You will supervise teams, ensure Lean principles are applied, coordinate third-party transportation, and maintain strong client relationships to meet service goals. Strong communication and leadership are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of warehouse, distribution, or supply chain operations.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Exposure to Lean principles and tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in meeting and exceeding client service goals.
• Oversee operations and ensure objectives are met.
• Plan and schedule third-party transportation services.
• Manage dispatching, routing, and transportation tracking.
• Maintain Lean warehouse principles where applicable.
• Enforce safety and company compliance.
• Lead and develop Extra Milers teams.
